As he eagerly anticipates the highly awaited return of his Superturnê, which kicks off on February 24th with a show in Curitiba (PR), Jão has ventured to Los Angeles, USA. However, his purpose for being there isn’t solely for rest and relaxation. Since the beginning of February, the São Paulo-born artist has been hard at work in a studio located in the vibrant city of California, collaborating with renowned American music producers such as Matt Cohn, Rick Nowels, and Roy Lenzo. While glimpses into this creative process have been shared through photos on both Jão’s and the producers’ social media accounts, no concrete information has emerged regarding the progress of Jão’s fifth studio album, the highly anticipated follow-up to Super (2023).
