Critically acclaimed film “Please Don’t Destroy: The Treasure of Foggy Mountain” receives negative review.

Please Don’t Destroy, the trio of NYU-bred comedians renowned for their Saturday Night Live digital shorts, are following in the footsteps of The Lonely Island and Pete Davidson by venturing into the realm of feature films. However, their inaugural comedy effort, Please Don’t Destroy: The Treasure of Foggy Mountain, falls short of expectations, resembling a lackluster and misfiring sketch that overstays its welcome by a daunting 90 minutes.

Initially intended for a theatrical release, this much-anticipated film was unceremoniously relegated to Peacock, and with good cause. Presumably, many of those involved in the production were aware of its inability to deliver a satisfying cinematic experience.
