Cats are commonly known as strict carnivores. However, a recent study suggests that they can also be fed a vegan diet using appropriate substitute products. Interestingly, this plant-based diet may even be healthier for these four-legged companions. It is important to note, however, that the findings of this study are based on self-assessments provided by cat owners.
