More order in the “Infinity Zoo”

Mathematics recognizes larger and smaller types of infinity, a concept that is already difficult to grasp. What may be even more challenging is the fact that new types of infinity keep emerging through novel methods. Vera Fischer, a mathematician, endeavors to bring some order to the “infinity zoo.” As a byproduct of her efforts, she raises the possibility that something like artificial intelligence might not actually exist.
