AI’s vast potential and unsettling implications have become increasingly apparent. However, a burgeoning group of artists has begun to explore novel applications for this technology while simultaneously revealing its inherent limitations. During my recent visit to London’s Victoria and Albert Museum in early June, I was captivated by an extraordinary display of drag cabaret. Vibrant and mesmerizing, the performance unfolded across seven small screens and a grand wall projection.
On these screens, a captivating ensemble of artists donned audacious outfits and showcased their talents through a series of exuberant dances and flawlessly lip-synced performances.
