Two senior women were seriously injured and a child was lightly injured in an accident in Middle Franconia. According to the police, a 59-year-old female driver attempted to exit a parking garage in Fürth on Friday but allegedly confused the accelerator pedal with the brake pedal. As a result, her vehicle collided with a parked car, pushing it onto the sidewalk. Two pedestrians, aged 77 and 79, who were present there, sustained serious injuries. Additionally, a 5-year-old boy who was inside the parked car suffered minor injuries. The three injured individuals were transported to hospitals for medical treatment.
