According to the Simon-Kucher Energy Study, over half of consumers in Germany feel inadequately prepared for rising electricity and gas prices. Consequently, a majority of individuals are reducing their energy consumption, while many are cutting expenses in other areas. Nearly half of the population is already comparing providers, with 31 percent planning to switch their electricity supplier.
