A 46-year-old man in Darmstadt was caught between a train and a platform, sustaining serious injuries. According to the Federal Police in Frankfurt, the incident occurred on Friday while the man was attempting to board the train, resulting in him being trapped and dragged along by the departing train. Initial investigations suggest that the train driver was unaware of the helpless situation the man was in. The injured individual was airlifted to a hospital in Ludwigshafen for treatment.
