Paul Van Tigchelt will succeed Vincent Van Quickenborne as the Minister of Justice, according to an announcement made by the Palace and confirmed to our editorial team. Prior to this appointment, Van Tigchelt served as a senior advisor in Van Quickenborne’s cabinet and was the head of OCAD (Coordination Unit for Threat Assessment). Later this afternoon, Van Tigchelt is set to take the oath at the Royal Palace.
