Salsa Patrimonio Society (Azucarera Larios Group), the owner of Marqués de Larios 3 building, has officially announced on Wednesday the arrival of the Malaga-based cosmetics and perfumery company Primor at the space on Larios Street previously occupied by the Springfield chain up until two months ago. Primor is set to take over the 800 square meters of a two-story establishment located on one of the prime corners in Málaga’s coveted area, as revealed by the consulting firm Savills, which facilitated the leasing transaction. This strategic move marks an exciting development in the retail landscape of the bustling city, showcasing a dynamic shift in the commercial scene along the prestigious Larios Street.
