The fire that broke out in a grain silo in Brunstorf, located in the district of Herzogtum Lauenburg, has been extinguished. According to a spokesperson for the fire department, most of the emergency personnel have now withdrawn from the scene. However, a few firefighters remain on site, conducting regular inspections of the building using a thermal imaging camera and providing necessary cooling with water when required, as stated by the spokesperson. The next step in the operation is to empty the silo, which is scheduled to take place on Wednesday.
